Matt is the CEO and co-founder of DifferentKind, a patient-focused platform that helps dental professionals measure and improve patient experience. A leading expert on person-centered care, motivational interviewing, and shared decision-making in dentistry, he has given over 100 talks to dental and medical professionals around the globe and has published 9 articles in peer-reviewed journals and other industry publications. He also serves as part-time faculty at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine.

Amanda Jozsa, DDS, Executive Coach, Partner, Fortune Management Colorado

Amanda Jozsa, DDS is an executive coach and partner at Fortune Management Colorado. She graduated from The University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in 2010. Amanda has a strong entrepreneurial mindset and purchased her first practice in September 2011. She purchased her second dental practice in December of 2015. Both practices were started from scratch. In 10 years of practicing dentistry and nine years of practice ownership, Amanda has learned invaluable lessons about the business of dentistry and more importantly the culture of a successful dental office. Unfortunately, in 2021 a disability ended her clinical career. Joining and partnering with Fortune Management has been an ideal transition from clinical dentistry and practice ownership into a different way to impact and help.

Teresa Williams, COO · Dental Express

Teresa Williams is a seasoned DSO professional serving as Chief Financial and Operations Officer for Dental Express. She leverages her extensive experience and expertise in ensuring operational excellence with the providers and teams that she serves. In her current role, she collaborates closely with dental providers and DSO leadership to deliver financial and operational guidance to support their strategic objectives. Teresa's invaluable leadership and proficiency in navigating the intricate DSO landscape have contributed to success in both de Novo and acquisition-based companies. Her academic background, consists of a BA in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and an MLS in Health Care Law from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
